Specialist IT recruiters since 2011.
Hexalogic was founded in 2011 to fix what generalist agencies kept getting wrong: matching real engineers to real work. More than a decade and 2,500+ placements later, IT is still the only thing we recruit for.

Built by engineers, for engineering teams
Hexalogic started in 2011 with a simple frustration. Our founders were engineers who kept getting shortlists full of keyword matches — candidates who looked right on paper but could not do the work. The agencies sending them did not understand the roles they were filling.
So we built the firm we wished we could have hired. We stayed narrow on purpose: contract staffing, direct hire, and project teams across the core IT disciplines, and nothing else. That focus let us build a network worth tapping and recruiters who speak fluent engineering.
Since then we have made more than 2,500 placements and served over 500 companies — but the number we care about most is how many clients and candidates come back. We lead with relationships, tell the truth, and play the long game. It is why people stay in touch long after the placement.
Our mission is to match the right technology professionals to the work that needs them — precisely, honestly, and fast enough to matter.
What we stand for
Four principles that shape every search, every shortlist, and every conversation.
Relationships first
The best placements come from understanding people, not processing résumés. We play the long game.
Specialist depth
We know technology because it is the only thing we recruit for. That focus is our edge.
Radical honesty
We tell clients and candidates the truth — even when it is not what they hoped to hear.
Quality over volume
A short slate of the right people beats a stack of maybes, every time.
Meet the people behind the match
A small, senior team of specialists who have been on both sides of the hiring table.
